Tulamben became famous through the wreck of U.S.S.Liberty, a cargo ship from the Second World War, that lies about 30 meters from the rocky beach in 5m-30m depth. There is almost no flow and the visibility is usually 20 m-30 m. Very impressive is also a night dive at the wreck. Approx. 500 meters next to the wreck you can dive in 'Coral Garden' or 'drop off'.
