The upper floor has a master bedroom and three guest bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, safe, Sonos music system and 42” lcd TV.Another stairway leads up to the 200 square meter rooftop party area divided equally into a garden and patio. It’s the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. There is an outside shower and complete bathroom.The whole villa is equipped by state-of-the-art Sonos audio network system. Client systems in the living area and all the four bedrooms offering high definition movies, The server currently stores 10,000 songs and 1,000 movies.Each client can independently play its own choice of media and can even compose its own playlist. Guests coming with an ipod can attach it to a client system to play it there or to make it available individually throughout the villa. The client system in each bedroom comes with 42″ LCD TV, the living room with 55″ LCD TV.

Once you have walked through the grand carved wooden doors and closed them behind you, you begin your holiday of a lifetime in your own haven. It is designed in a Balinese/Thai style with contemporary modern interior design and fixtures to combine the function of a modern home with an easy flow between indoor and outdoor, enabling open living. It really is the best of all worldsOutside there is a Sala - which is a covered seated area -where there are two large sofas and a coffee table. This is ideal for sitting outside, but out of the direct sun. Its great to sit there and watch the sun go down whist drinking a cool lager or white wine. The garden also has wonderful subdued lighting which looks beautiful in the evening.The garden has a number of trees where weve attached around 2 dozen orchids too.The master bedroom looks out over the pool with the bed on a raised area. It also has a relaxed seating area. There is also a small study cum sitting room cum extra bedroom next to the master bedroom where there is a double sofa bed. This is a good place for small children to sleep (cot available on request). The other two bedrooms in the villa (one double/one twin) are also situated around the pool and each has their own bathroom - one has an outside bath. There is a Garden Suite in the grounds with a double bedroom and small seated area. This is very useful as a guest suite for visiting friends - or for noisy teenagers who want a bit more space. As you can see, the villa has been specified to be flexible for different groups of people. All of the bedrooms are adorned with all necessary fixtures and fittings (eg hair dryers).

Villa Thee Sahm Raan is a fabulous luxury villa and is furnished in resort style to provide a relaxed atmosphere. It features 4 large double bedrooms with the 3 upstairs bedrooms featuring separate walk-­-in robes and make-­-up areas. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a sitting area while the second master bedroom has a four-­-poster king size bed. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has 2 super single beds which can be made into a king size or kept as singles. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and opens onto the pool. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and home theater systems. The 2 master bedrooms open onto large balconies featuring luxury lounge chairs for relaxing and taking in the view. There is also a separate maid’s room downstairs with bunk beds and it’s own en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms with the master bathroom also including a large bath. There is also a toilet downstairs and a separate toilet near the pool. The villa has large living and dining areas which open onto the pool and outdoor areas giving a truly tropical living experience.
