As time passed the building was transformed into the Chinic Hardware store and served the local community of Quebec. Vaults that once kept the company documents have been preserved and incorporated into the decor of this historic building. In 1999 Gregoire Biron stood outside a worn-out building and looking beyond the tired building said, we can bring this one back to life .
